The crew “inside the NBA” completed its preliminary show on Thursday in a gloomy tone, mourning the unexpected death of Kevin Thomas’s stage. He was 70 years old.
With a large number of crew members leading Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shakil O’Neill, everyone spoke about Thomas’s nature and influence on the show that would go to ESPN next year.
“Inside the NBA” is loved both for his analysis of a direct conversation and for humor, and it was very clear that Thomas was the key factor in the latter, with a coil playing it on the screen in a number of parodies.

Barcley’s reflection on Thomas loss:
“Death is so sudden. As if you were once with someone, then you will call the next day that they left, and you say: “What? “We were all in shock when we received a message.
“We always said that people behind us are doing all the hard work on the show. But, dude, the world is a more sad place, because Kevin is not here. He was just a really good dude, and we will miss him. ”
Johnson fought tears at the end of the segment, calling the moment “inexpressibly difficult” and saying that the studio would never be the same.
