Tyrone Smith calls it a career and does it as a member of Dallas Cowboys. According to NFL Media, the long -standing tackle should sign a one -day contract with the organization and resign after 14 seasons in the NFL, 13 of which as a member of the cowboys.
The 34-year-old football player spent the 2024 season as a member of New York Jets, but spent the remaining 13 years with cowboys, which prepared his ninth choice in the first round of the 2011 NFL draft from USC. Smith quickly turned into one of the best tackle in the NFL and helped create a wall for Dallas along with colleagues -liners of Zach Martin and Travis Frederick during his stay. Initially, he began as a correct shell during the season of beginners, but then switched through the shell, protecting such as Tony Romo and Duck Pressokott throughout his career.
In Pro Pro Football Focus, Smith allowed only 39 career bags for his 14 seasons in the league, but eight of them became a newcomer, playing on the right side. On the left side, he never surrendered for more than five per season and had four years, not allowing a single bag (while playing at least 400 pictures).
Smith was called a professional bowler in eight seasons and was a five-time All-Pro, including two nominations of the first team in 2014 and 2016. It was also named as part of the NFL team in the 2010s.
Most recently, the injury error began to shoot more bites of Smith, who could not play the full season since 2015. For New York last season, Smith was suitable in 10 games.
